Long Term Capital Planning, including but not limited to FY19 Operating Budget (1 hour est.)
- For example, paying for Fire Truck over years as opposed to borrowing
If needed, and time permits:
- Review Draft ATM Warrant
- Needs Assessment and Four Buildings Master Plan
- Strategizing on trying to secure state funds towards a public safety facility
